What materials are used in your accessories?

Do I need tools to install the center console tray or other organizers?

In most cases, no tools are required. Many of our organizers and interior accessories are designed for quick drop-in installation and are made to fit Tesla interiors cleanly and securely.

Are your accessories compatible with all Model 3 and Model Y years?

Compatibility depends on the specific product. Some accessories fit multiple model years, while others are designed for specific versions such as Model 3 Highland or Model Y Juniper. Please review the fitment details on each product page before ordering.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from our local warehouse in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada. This helps us provide faster delivery and a smoother experience for Canadian customers.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days within Canada depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we primarily ship to addresses within Canada. If you are located outside Canada, please contact us before placing your order to check availability and shipping rates.

What is your return policy?

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging. Please contact us first at info@peakforcedesign.com before sending anything back.

What if I receive a wrong or defective item?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at info@peakforcedesign.com. Please include your order number and clear photos if possible so we can review the issue and help resolve it quickly.

Do your products come with a warranty?

Will the accessories damage my original Tesla interior?
